In March 2026 we published this announcement: Eddy + Wolff had been awarded a 1 Glass Rating in the 2025 Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards. For a boutique venue in Robina, that was a win for us and for the Gold Coast’s evolving wine culture. The Curation: A Collaboration with Olivia Evans
A great wine list isn't just a list of labels; it’s a conversation. This award was the result of a deep collaboration with our sommelier, Olivia Evans.
Olivia’s vision was to create a list that didn't just "match" our bold Southeast Asian flavors but actively elevated them. Together, we looked for wines that could stand up to the heat of a green sambal, the richness of our beef cheek rendang, and the delicate salt-sweet balance of our soy sauce ice cream.

The Power of 50: Diversity in Curation
There is a common misconception that a "great" wine list needs to be a thick book. We’ve proven the opposite. Despite having fewer than 50 selections at any given time, our list is widely recognised for its incredible diversity.
We’ve traded volume for precision. From crisp, high-acid whites and skin-contact "orange" wines to rare sakes and elegant chilled reds, every single one of our 50 slots is earned. If it’s on the list, it’s there because it has a specific purpose and a unique story to tell.
Elevating the Gold Coast Dining Scene
Our goal has always been to bring a level of intentionality to the Gold Coast that you would expect in the backstreets of Tokyo or the laneways of Melbourne. This '1 Glass' rating validated that mission.
We wanted our guests to do more than just "have a drink." We wanted you to discover a producer you’ve never heard of, a varietal you can't pronounce, and a pairing that changes the way you think about Asian cuisine.
