Front of House + Bartender — All Rounder
Eddy + Wolff is an intimate 24-seat Coeliac Australia certified modern Asian Casual Elegant dining restaurant in Robina. We’re hiring a Front of House All-Rounder with bartending skills. Our 24-seat dining room is built around an open kitchen and an open bar — the room sees everything you do. Drinks service, food service, guest interactions, the full guest experience from arrival to farewell. You’re not just pouring drinks — you’re part of the show.
What we need from you
- Previous bartending experience — cocktails, wine service, the works
- Excellent communication — confidently converse with guests, explain dishes, recommend wines
- Work under pressure with a positive attitude — Fri/Sat services are intense and the open room means nowhere to hide
- Genuine willingness to learn — we promote internally and train extensively
- Team-first mindset — six on the floor max, every shift relies on every person
- RSA certificate (preferred — happy to support if needed)
- Right to work in Australia

Modern Asian Casual Elegant dining — AGFG Chef Hat winners seven years running, OpenTable Top 50 Australia 2026. Our open kitchen sits at the heart of the dining room — every move is visible to guests. Food prep, dishwashing, cooking and plating depending on shift and skill level. We hire for attitude and train for skill. Strong performers move up quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Food preparation under guidance of the head chef
- Cooking and plating during service
- Maintaining kitchen and dishwashing area cleanliness
- Adhering to our strict Coeliac Australia certified gluten-free protocols (training provided)
What we need from you
- Genuine passion for food and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication — the open kitchen means you talk to guests too
- Work under pressure with a positive attitude — Fri/Sat services move fast
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Right to work in Australia
- 1+ year kitchen experience required; Asian cuisine preferred but not essential
