Eddy + Wolff operates multiple sittings per service with strict vacate times. If your table is not re-booked for the following sitting, we will let you know and you are welcome to stay longer. Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot extend your original vacate time.

What is Eddy + Wolff's cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

All bookings require a credit card guarantee at the time of reservation. For late cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $75 per person will be charged. A decrease in party size without prior notice also incurs a $75 per person fee. When a set menu is in operation, the full menu price will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows. Bookings of 10 or more require a minimum of 7 days notice to cancel.

Booth seating is prioritised for larger group bookings and guests requiring wheelchair access. The majority of our dining is situated around the bar.
